“Tank was taken in and had been beaten and had a hard time trusting people and needed a job. Tank is a 17 hh Clydesdale that has overcome his fears and now works as my partner—a police horse for Washtenaw Co. Sheriff Office. Tank and I have a tremendous bond on the streets and he trust me completely in apprehending criminals and most all keeping me safe. He is my partner, my friend, and I love him dearly. I am so proud of how far he has come and he makes me feel safe knowing he has my back when we are out patrolling the streets and keeping the community safe.” —Cindy F.
